I´m getting better, but I am not sure if I can fully return to social media.
It´s draining me quicker than I remember and I need to protect myself.

Huge changes are coming for me, they are not easy to master, but with the right help I´ll manage^^

Sometimes I just wish that I knew sooner how bad my health really is. Then maybe I could have prevented a lot of things. I have been in therapy at the beginning of this year and I´m doing things to get better. It just doesn´t happen as fast as I wish it would. ->

The reason for all this is my private situation as well as my mental and physical health. Which all of the above is not great at the moment and I do not wish to talk about it.

I need a huge change in my life and starting with this seems like a good way to go for me and start anew at my own pace.->
