$10.4M/MW sounds low. For high density power, liquid cooling to the GPU and all the typical infrastructure redundancy, my estimate would be $15M-$18M/MW depending on provider. We haven’t even talked about annual operating expenses and server refreshes. The costs are unsustainable.
