Canada’s position in a new global polarity sits at the intersection of several dynamics:
-Middle power with leverage
-Alliance anchor and stabilizer
-Bridge between poles (diplomacy)
-Economic and resource power
-Influence power for norms (soft power for human rights, pluralism, climate leadership)
