Just off hwy 89a in far northern AZ, a few miles from Cliff Dwellers sits this old corral. This, of course, is only the loading chute. I've shot everything from intense sunsets, Milky Way, and thunderstorms at this spot.

I shot this on a fly fishing trip to the Marquesas several years back. The crepuscular rays were just amazing. Tarpon were hard to locate, but my buddy managed to catch one. I caught several other species.

One looking east and the other, west. I prefer transits at a lower angle. They have more curvature typically.

Hey #nightsky #astrophotography #photography peeps, the ISS will transit very close to the moon/ Venus conjunction tonight. I'm in Central AZ and the ISS will be 10° west of Venus at 19:09:20, in between Venus and the moon at 19:09:55 and 10° east of the moon at 19:10:22.
