🇳🇴👋 Samstag kehre ich nach zwei wunderschönen Monaten in Norwegen wieder ins Saarland zurück.

Es war unfassbar bereichernd, wissenschaftlich produktiv & eine tolle Erfahrung. Norwegen ist außerdem einfach lächerlich schön.

Danke an alle, die das ermöglicht haben & mir ihre Zeit geschenkt haben!

LLMs have no concept of true and false. This may change, but currently it is so. And the problem is not (only) the "lack of access to reality" as examples show, where everything you need is right in front of them and true/false can decided "internally".

I agree. (As a philosopher & a CS guy, I am interested in both question. But it's indeed important to tell them apart.)

Regarding LLMs' inability to assess truth, it is fascinating to demonstrate that they cannot even do it when, in principle, they could, because it's a "internal affair":
