I was really touched by Jimmy Kimmel’s heartfelt apology to the Kirk family. I hope we can all find a little more compassion in our hearts.

Still wrapping my head around how bleak everything seems right now, but the fresh snow blanketing the yard this morning is a reminder that the world turns in cycles and the sun will come out again eventually.
