The one tip I can give you all; put a good air purifier in your bedroom and switch your sheets to cotton. You really, really don’t want to be inhaling all those polyester fibres.

Should I ping one of the Canadian (Quebec) orgs to give them a heads up? They said “we don’t THINK it’ll be used for malicious purposes” but seems like they should be doing something more than just the free monitoring service.

Oh you might be the right person to ask; an old employer (US company with offices here) emailed saying they had an incident and all employee data was compromised (~2 years ago); SIN, DOB, ID info, etc. They never alerted Canadian authorities (only FBI) and offered 2 years Equifax…
