The mental part will be the easiest part once you cut the carbs. Not seeing the hidden sugars and carbs in sauces, gravy and so on is one of the main reasons people fail. Imagine being addicted to a drug and not knowingly taking it 2 to 3 times a day. That's what hidden sugars are.
