Together with @kerrylimberg.bsky.social, @liddelowsa.bsky.social, @jefboeke.bsky.social, & many amazing collaborators, we show that inducing the humanized XDP-TAF1 allele in neural progenitor cells recapitulates key features of the human disease 👉 striatal atrophy and progressive motor decline.
