Few easy cooking tips for anyone trying to stretch their food budgets

1. Long grain rice:
1 cup rice, rinse the rice, drain the water out of the pan, add 1 3/4 water. Bring to a boil. Cover the pot & turn down to simmer. Time for 20 minutes. Remove from heat
