This is Moses, adopted from a local shelter. He has been with me for a little over a year.

I love to travel. Mostly I travel in the USA with a couple friends who also like to travel. Sometimes alone or with family. Sometimes I get to go outside USA, like on a cruise, to Canada, or to Ireland and Iceland. Pics are from Iceland. Hoping to do more international travel in upcoming years.

I'm a geek and a nerd. I like stuffed animals. I like Doctor Who. I collect things especially pretty Sparkly things. I have a telescope I don't know yet how to use. I love waterfalls and carousels. I'm a messy housekeeper.

I'm owned by a gorgeous tabby cat with green eyes that I adopted from a shelter in Feb 2024. He was already named Moses so he still is. He bites, scratches, winds himself around my legs, talks a lot and is so soft. He hates being picked up. He talks a lot.

I'm an avid reader with particular love of historical fiction, paranormal romances, science fiction, fantasy, and Regency-era romances

I'm a filker, songwriter, instrumentalist with ever-growing collection of instruments I can play a little/can't yet play, a cappella singer, former manager/plenipotentiary for Court and Country (renaissance/Fannish chorus), teacher/presenter on historical music topics & historical music researcher.

I'm a papercrafter and Stampin' Up! independent demonstrator (what's called a hobby demo with low or no volume of customers) but I love teaching projects and techniques and crafting with others.

I'm an historical costumer, a lightly active SCA participant (THL Margrett Norwoode; AoA, OW, OE; Midrealm, Shire of Ravenslake) and an inactive but supportive member of the Midwest US chapter of Regia Anglo-American, Micel Folcland.
