Just had the awful news a friend in recovery has passed away after a relapse. A sad reminder of how insidious this disease is. RIP, Peter. 🙏🏿

Just recently I get to about 8 o’clock at night and feel really empty and depressed. Then I put my head on the pillow and I’m back ok and firing the next morning. Might be time for a medication change. 🤔

Been throwing up and shivering on the couch since 3am. This was a staple when I was drinking, now it’s annoying and had no previous benefit. 😂 #prayforkerouac
