Not really a hot take, but I'm really glad that some new gen Manga authors are including Black people in their work and not making us look or act like stereotypes.

Also worth mentioning Ichi the Witch has set up this arc's villain really well and is getting a strong pay-off out of it. My favorite Sakamoto Days character got even better this chapter. And seeing the Akane/Hikaru rivalry coming back is just... Good stuff. Good week.

On the other hand Ichi the Witch is so damn exciting. Nishi-sensei is so damn great. The anime adaptation, which is pretty much guaranteed(guessing a year or 2 from now), should give it justice!

Solid week for Jump. Chojo might have been the weakest chapter of the bunch, but it was a pretty strong chapter for this series. Plus I'm very interested to see where The Marshal King goes from here... Bug Ego too, gonna hate waiting a month for that.
