Went to Tavistock today and it seemed like every Morris dancer in the Southwest had been rounded up and let loose in the town, bells, sticks, drums and dancing all over the place. It was oddly comforting.

Not just Derbyshire, capacity in my school is 70-80 depending on level of need, 138 on role, 50%ish 1:1, so high levels of staffing, deregulation from pupils due to overcrowding, exhausted staff, exhausted parents. It’s a nationwide crisis as pupils become more complex but investment is stagnant.

"families of children with special educational needs, school anxiety or medical conditions have found it to be a suitable alternative" Over the last decade PCC failed to act to increase SEN school capacity resulting in pupils needing specialist places staying in mainstream.

Having a hysterectomy in a couple of months, have been given a replacement for when the time comes! Came with a catalogue of all their products, apparently you can give the gift of gonorrhoea and a crab louse! Lovely!
