A6: I tend to be in the buy once, cry once camp on most things. That said I rarely carry my nice camera kit and just depend on my phone. The exception is if I think there's a good chance of wildlife photos. #ParkChat

A5: I started carrying a packraft with me last summer but have only had one real chance to use it.
Not a small gear item, but I'd have a hard time ditching the teardrop for trips where a small trailer can work. Was perfect backcountry at Big Bend in December. #ParkChat

We got our first chickens during the pandemic and haven’t purchased eggs since they started laying. The egg stockpile had dwindled from short days, cold weather, and molting - it’s nice to be getting four eggs most days.

Spent a week in Big Bend at the end of last year and it quickly became one of my favorite parks.

Finished with the vintage soundbar after some #3dprinting to clean up the class d amp and phono preamp. Tried to restore the original amp but after a recap it still had issues I couldn’t tackle. Original speakers and #turntable with a new cartridge sound great.

Three years ago at Jack Henry we launched a planning/building/ shipping #roadmap. Last week we announced an update including new design, tags, and progress guidance. Working today to generate it straight from data in #Figma - feels good to get into the weeds and build.

I built a set of drawers in the back of my GX but in the Land Cruiser decided to go with something more removable. Of course I couldn’t just use them as is and have gone solidly down the #gridfinity rabbit hole #organization #3dprinting #overlanding
