Today is #NationalLawEnforcementSuicideAwarenessDay
I wrote this dedication for my dissertation in 2021. In the 4 years since, another 500 officers have died by suicide. It is for these individuals - these mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, friends - that I do this work. (1/)

A wildly successful conference wouldn’t be complete without an acknowledgment of my biggest accomplishment. Being able to continue to exclusively pump & bring home OVER A GALLON OF MILK to my daughter. It’s certainly not easy, & I’m so incredibly proud of myself. #MomsInAcademia
