At the #NHFPI Budget & Policy Conference. If #NH hadn’t sped up the phaseout of the I&D, we’d have an extra $200-350M right now. Enough to make a meaningful difference for families struggling with astronomical #childcare, #housing & #healthcare costs. 🙄🤬 #nhpolitics
