Harvard has set an example for other higher-ed institutions - rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom, while taking steps to make sure students can benefit from an environment of intellectual inquiry, rigorous debate and mutual respect. Let’s hope others follow suit.

I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment being expressed by citizens and governments around the world to the effect no one should be traveling to the United States at this time.
Under our current government, we are a danger to ourselves and everyone else, and should be avoided.

so I’m thinking about some very minor behind-the-wall home-automation (one switch that turns off automatically and another on)
and really struggling to rationalize this in a way that won’t become haunted for somebody someday 😅
