In fairness, in an era when everything is digital and 85 inch flat screens can be had for less money than a mortgage payment, the previous movie theater was a bit quaint.

I don't. Because...the Justices have to write an opinion. They don't just vote. And there is simply no way that a Justice could write an opinion saying "I know the Constitution is in black and white on this, but...naw." It's simply not going to happen. 9-0.

Of course I have. They've been inescapable. There is simply no chance (NONE AT ALL) that any of the Justices will look at the 22nd and say "nah." This is not a close call.

He may try...but it would have to be as a write in. Not a single state would allow him on the ballot. The federal courts will not allow it. There is a 0.000% probability of a single SCOTUS Justice saying yes to this.

This is bad, but no...it's not the most heartbreaking story I ever read. The story, thirteen years ago, when a sociopath murdered 20 kids this age or younger...and the American political response was "We. Don't. Care." was the most heartbreaking story I ever read.

I find it highly unlikely that, large as it is, the storm was confined to Central Park. Considering that the dead people are in New Jersey, how does Central Park even factor into this story at all?

But language hasn’t changed. Words still have their original meaning. It’s fine for you to say “people are ignorant and use words wrong”, and that’s correct. But don’t tell me I should bow at the feet of idiots who can’t be bothered to look a millimeter deep and then call me a predator. Fuck ‘em.
