self-driving cars are a huge safety win, we were never going to get everyone on board with public transit (speaking as someone who loves metro trains!!), and yes, the people trying to get them banned have blood on their hands
getting kinda negatively polarized on self driving (waymo, not Tesla) bans. they do cost

like the technology clearly works and is viable for at least intra-city transit, at a certain point the distracted, drunk, et. driving deaths are in fact actively on the people seeking to delay it's deployment

Your periodic Baltimore homicides update: Baltimore continues to be on track for 150 homicides this year. If you look at the graph you can see how amazing this is, although, of course, that's still 150 too many.

We have a “poverty trap” and it’s driving the destruction of social cohesion.

The “poverty line” is’t 35,000, it’s $150,000, and making more than one, and less than the other is worse than being “poor”.

Which is why the rage.

It's on apt. It's literally on Cargo. It's on DockerHub with ads. It's literally on nuget. You can probably find it on snap. Dude it's on portage. It's a Homebrew original. It's on pacman. You can download it on nixpkgs. You can go to pkgsrc and watch it. Log onto the Windows Store right now.
