I was proud to stand with fellow elected officials in strong opposition to the recent joint proposal submitted by Con Edison in its rate cases. While the revised plan reflects some progress, it still falls short of what Westchester residents deserve.

Giving Tuesday is an opportunity to pause and remember the power we have to lift one another up. Many families in Westchester face real challenges, and the nonprofits that serve them rely on community support to keep their doors open and their programs running.

This afternoon, I had the privilege of announcing the launch of Westchester County’s 20th Annual Holiday Gift Drive. For two decades, this initiative has helped bring warmth and joy to children in foster care, the homeless system, and child welfare programs across our County.
