Been talking to my brother lately as he's gone in for some diagnoses, and it's interesting how he's just now squaring his frugality, anxiety, and OCD with our childhoods. "But it was pretty sweet though, right?" My guy, we had to make our own toys at points, grocery day came once a month.

i looked at this earlier and the article is very careful not to say what actually happened but if you know history and you know this administration it is impossible not to assume programatic eugenics and anyone involved in programatic eugenics should not be allowed to see the sun ever again

The only Monster Hunter endgame grind I ever liked was in Rise/SB and I loved it because of how RNG independent it was, and I had high hopes of that being the model going forward. Seeing the RNG charm and Artian upgrade crap get doubled down on in Wilds has put me off the game entirely, I think.

The AP tracked down details of some of the people killed in President Trump's military strikes on drug smugglers he describes as narco-terrorists.
They were, with one exception, not high-level criminals. One was a fisherman. One was a bus driver; another a taxi driver.
