I pushed 155 lbs on this sucker at the gym today! I had never heard of a sled as an exercise, but here it is. I am strong! I am powerful! I am so sore and tired that I'm taking a couple of ibuprofen and going to bed. #exercise #GettingHealthy

Again, irony is dead. He's accusing South Africa of expropriation the same day Trump said we are taking over Gaza (in addition to everything else he wants). And apparently how horrible to promote solidarity, equality & sustainability.

Just saying up front, my husband was killed in a motorcycle accident, my brother died of a heart attack, and my mother had to move in with me. Struggling not to feel like my life is over. But, blessed with friends who check in on me, so that’s something. Will try to be more positive from now on.
