Ford Gallery here in Portland has really stepped up to fill a gap in the Portland arts scene. Really loving the community, the art and the rockstar chicks running the show. Go see CLUB V — all the Fem energy!!

Another Valentine Project. This piece is a little unusual for me as it is a monotype and an experimental process for me. I really love how this one turned out and excited to show it at the Love in Print show at Bite studio the First Friday in February.

I am so thrilled that 'Morrigan' has been selected to be featured in the Wax Fusion Magazine from the International Encaustic Association Online exhibit 'When in Rome: The Art of Travel'.

Exploring a combination of figurative and abstraction with this series. These pieces are made with encaustic, peat ash and holy water from St. Brigid's well all gathered in Ireland. They were inspired by the Celtic myths and stories of strong Irish women and the Goddesses they worshiped. #encaustic
