Besides T, the person benefitting the most right now is Elon. Regulators gone. Investigations gone. He received an increase in government contracts and if this budget passes…no regulations on AI for a decade. Oh…and I guess Starlink expands with each tariff negotiation. Mission accomplished.

Imagine being a small business with debt, that you used to import products you had manufactured in china. In the time it took to make the products, tariffs were added, that more than doubled your cost. They are crushed

Are there any states offering support for their businesses ?

Elon Musk congratulated himself for the feat of saving $150 billion this year in government spending—an order of magnitude less than the $2T he originally purported. And now—they wanna raise the defense budget by $200 billion. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not a single word to help the 33m small businesses in this country. Not from anyone in the administration.

So many buy from China, and don't have alternatives.

So many didn't have the cash to front run the tariffs and buy inventory

Best case he turns off Apr 2nd tariffs Monday. Leaves the 10pct tariffs (not great, but realistic). Elon leaves Doge, which decides to stagger the cuts over 3 yrs, accounting for local impact.
That slows the economy, reducing interest rates, reducing payments on debt to affordable levels.
