New banner announces upcoming shutdown of pandemicoversight.gov. Several sections of the "reporting on oversight" dropdown (IG reports, recs to agencies, ongoing work) are already gone.

The entire EPA.gov website seems to be down. I miss the days of being able to casually assume errors like this were temporary, benign tech glitches.

The Office of Management & Budget has issued a memo directing a funding freeze on federal grants and loans, which could affect a wide range of programs. You can use www.usaspending.gov to see programs/services funded in your local area. (Use the "location" limit option to find your city or county.)
