I think the only way to get over the anxiety is just to do it. Start by sitting behind the car. That’s it. Then turn the engine on next time. Next time you just put your hands in the wheel. Small steps

Well it does help with anxiety but I don’t think it is a good thing for mentally ill people to be on. She also has addictive tendencies so she def is screwed. I swear she is 16. Peer pressured into doing weed to impress a man, works pt at McDonald’s, can’t drive, no responsibilities she’s a teen.
