I want to start shouting out candidates who are trying to bring new life to Congress this midterms. Keith is running against Chris Smith who has represented NJ for my entire life, literally. Also, fun fact, he has NOT lived in NJ that entire time. Smith likes VA so much, he should make it official

To be clear, the #POTUS is advocating for a Universal Healthcare system. We can use our tax dollars to fund an equitable and morally just system that provides healthcare to everyone for less than what we pay now by cutting out insurance company shareholders from the equation.

This is a classic form of voter intimidation—making people feel like it’s not safe to go to the polls. It moments like this where we need to summon our courage & vote anyhow. Vote in the tradition of the people who marched in Selma to secure the right to vote.
