Despite being one of my personal faves, it’s become impossible to ignore his inability to stick with a promotion or to get over. I still think he’s one of the very best all-around in-ring performers, and I hope some company pays him a lot of money to wrestle banger after banger on the midcard.

The replies to this are a cesspool. This is challenging. I know respectability politics are not The Way, and I’m fully in the fight, but I also don’t think we beat the hate-driven movement with our own version of hate, especially for the average voter. Save that stuff for the truly powerful.

Eddy Thorpe / Karl Fredericks release is a weird one. Can work, can talk, distinct look, experienced, and was getting a lot of TV time. Never really got over, but you can say that about a lot of the talent. Not sure what happened there.
