I did a write-up about this at the time: Not only did TX State Senator Nathan Johnson manage to get an ultra-conservative Republican House member to co-sponsor the bill, they even managed to get it passed UNANIMOUSLY through the state legislature!

Might be good to share the actual context for the videos they show. This was a peaceful protest against Turning Point, and the violent clips are of counter protesters trying to bait the crowd. So for anyone who isn’t aware of that, their blaming of “antifa” is literally the opposite of reality.
