Why do English “loan words” get translated into other English words. Here’s an example in IU’s song Celebrity. “play list” wasn’t translated to “play list”. Why?

When I got my Model3 in August I decided to not install the front license plate / holder until I got a ticket for not having it. Last week I got a ticket, $28. Today I installed it.

Several years ago it was $1 = 62 rubles. Granted having your currency lose almost half its value isn’t good but this isn’t as bad as some other countries have experienced.
