I am a Treky, comic reading dyslexic, autistic astrophysicist. My opinions are my own.
A question for fellow Astro-people when reviewing a paper for a journal that has a catastrophic issue that the hole paper is built on like a house of cards. Do you stop your comments on that one issue or outline each subsequent and resulting issue?

One off the most frustrating things about using HPC and moving to code to a new machine is the uncertain when your code breaks. Did I break something in the code or it’s a driver/module/library/compiler difference or something else? 😩😩😫

Just like the battery in my laptop the capacity of my social battery has significant decreased: two one on one meeting snap two bus ride are now enough to put in the red. I use to be able to handle working in a office with other people. Now I can’t handle the sound then walking in the corridor.

My office is hosting a meeting this week which has the name of “ThunderKat”, which means I’ll have the Thundercats theme tune stuck in my head all week… 80s carton had good themes!
