Bij trajectcontrole ed. zijn wij niet de klanten he, dat is de overheid (en ik kan me niet voorstellen dat er op die markt veel privéklanten zijn). Dat is een heel andere situatie dan bij dingen waar burgers individueel contracten aangaan zoals telefonie, elektriciteit, openbaar vervoer etc.
