This should open up more resources for those rural districts DSA believe they can do better than Dems in. Oh wait, they never run candidates there, because they know they're full of shit.

MFs like this is how we got Trump. It's amazing how low info voters only pay attention to what they want to with Trump, but a Dem has to work overtime to appear impartial. Historians will be using this era as a prime example of what politicial ignorance in a population can do to a country.

Many immigrants, especially those from religious countries in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East hate LGBTQ+ people so much they will throw themselves under the bus for it. Dearborn and Hamtramck did the same thing with their conservative mayors.

But remember both parties are exactly the same, despite every Democrat appointee being against this.

I don't give a rat's ass about Bill Clinton. He hasn't been president in 25 years. Those unions moving towards Trump don't seem to mind too much about deregulation.
December 5, 2025 at 3:05 AM
No. it's a win for Trump. It's why he's in the White House. They should have gotten off their lazy asses and voted.
13 million progressives didn’t vote in 2024. 14% less than 2020. That’s a loss for Dems, not a win for Trump.

Hit & run lady says what?

Hand in hand how? Which party has supported unions and raised wages in their respective states?

"Both parties are the same" is how we ended up here in the first place. Nice job Bluesky.

"Squandering potential inroads with voters." Dude those same voters just voted for the most corrupt president in American history a year ago. I don't think they care too much about corruption. Also if you think voters will remember this, it's time for you to inject some grass into your bloodstream.
A corrupt president pardons a corrupt member of Congress for corrupt reasons. With multiple guilty pleas establishing a bribery-laundering scheme, Hakeem Jeffries still called the case “thin” and sought cover in a bribery-plagued Supreme Court.

A lesson in squandering potential inroads with voters.

Yes! Someone gets it! Black voters are pragmatic and will go with the one who has the best chance of winning. A la Biden in 2020. Most would support progressive policies and politicians, but understand on the national stage the average voter is not where they are.
Someone raised the point that sometimes Black people tend to vote in the primary for who they think white people are willing to vote for.

I thought that was really interesting and want to talk with a few friends about that. Just a really interesting observation.

I've been saying I think Dems need to keep a little distance between them and unions. They have only grown more Republican despite Trump admin literally cutting union rights and Republicans' 'right to work' campaigns during the 2010s. Loyalty goes both ways.
NEW: The Philadelphia Housing Authority is planning sweeping layoffs that will affect more than 300 of the agency’s 1,200 employees.

Instead of directly employing union electricians, carpenters and other workers, beginning next year, the agency will contract out for those jobs as needed.

The layoffs come as the authority is pursuing an ambitious expansion plan.

When you have to resort to liking your own posts. It kind of gives your game of desperation away
December 4, 2025 at 4:39 AM
No they literally aren't. One the biggest topics of this year was Trump taking a 400 million dollar plane from the financiers of 9/11. Trump is pardoning his political allies. Biden Admin went after a Democratic senator and a Dem battleground representative. Guess who pardoned the latter. Trump.
Sad truth is repub’s and corporate dem’s economic policies are about the same. Trump lied about lowering costs, dem’s didn’t lie that they would lower costs. Since reagan, the gap between the haves and the have nots has grown under both repub and corporate dems leadership.

You will deliver the same thing Bernie Sanders has delivered the past 30 years for his constituents. Nada. One of the weakest records of passing bills we've seen from a longtime congressman.

Leftists mad at Shapiro for attending a event with a Republican after I just watched their champion buddy up with Trump in the White House is hilarious 😂
groundbreaking.

Lol. The delusion far left back at it agian. Americans did this to themselves. We were told what would happen and gladlly wanted it, lol. Enjoy it cupcake.
i hate her so much, fuck her. she’s the reason we are in this mess.
The Kamala Harris book is so excruciating

More annoying then sending troops into cities, cutting aid for some of the poorest countries in the world and breaking all the laws to enforce immigration crackdown? The far left really enjoys telling on themselves.
When the final analysis of the 2024 election is written hundreds of years from now, the consensus will agree that while Trump was an awful person and, a danger to humanity and a worse candidate, Harris was somehow more annoying, and that made her electable.

It's easier for some to be mad at the politician instead of their fellow citizens. The electorate shifted right in 2024. The pendulum has swung back this year, and will swing right again when Dems are in power. This is how Amercian politics has worked for the past half century.
People are mad she lost because people didn't vote for her.

They aren't mad Trump won because people voted for him.
November 26, 2025 at 2:03 AM
There is a section of Bluesky that has invented their own reality about the 2024 election. They want to convince people that specific issues were the reasons for the lost. However, as with every presidential election the economy, more specifically inflation was clearly the difference.
Some of the replies to this post are unhinged!

Every poll after the election showed voters really disliked those transgender ads directed at Harris. I don't think transgender ads or rights had any effect on the election, inflation was the overaching issue, but they definitely didn't help her.

Just as bad? All Dems this past summer voted against the ACA expiring. All voted against healthcare bans for Transgender children and were successful, even Fetterman voted against it.

I'm only a couple of years removed from being a teen, but it crazy how compared to all of my peers I'm one of the few who has never used TikTok. At this point, I think it's just me not wanting to follow the trend. I'll admit it, I like being the outsider.
It's good to know teens are still dipshits
