From San Antonio to Austin, a huge swath of us are under tornado watches right now.
The National Weather Service is keeping us updated during the DAY, but local, now understaffed NWS stations are SHUT DOWN OVERNIGHT.
Should tornados come down this well worn alley, will a fully staffed FEMA be here?
