Sonic Movie 3 overall is a really good improvement to 2. Plenty of action and all of the cast gets at least one moment to shine. I really liked how they adapted Shadow’s backstory as well. I do wish the movie was a bit longer tho, bc the pacing is pretty fast the whole way through

I’m so mixed on Secret Level as a concept bc on one hand I really like the idea of artistic freedom with these Video Game IPs but on the other hand I hate that most of them are only around 13 minutes long so the stories are super bare bones and they’re mostly just action fests

Sonic getting a Transformers collab really feels like one of those pipe dream “never gonna happen” collabs but wow it actually happened. Both of the figures look really good too

Was not expecting Dragon Ball Super’s manga to completely rewrite the exhibition match arc but holy shit this whole mini arc is countless times better than what the anime did. Really loved the added world building with the other universes as well

17 hours in and I really can’t stand M&L Brothership anymore. The progression is slow, the battles aren’t engaging, and the story has just gone off the rails. I’m genuinely really disappointed in this game bc I know if it was a 20ish hour game, it’d be sooo much more enjoyable
