okay so make sure you have a full quiver of arrows, equip them, attack, then mid-attack animation, enter your portfolio and unequip the arrows. you should get an error message, that's good. now drop whatever stock you're trying to duplicate.

There's a very special kind of game designer vindication - no clue what the equivalent in another industry is - where you work on a very long lived live service game, annoyingly advocate for pretty radical changes to the core game, and years after you've left one by one the changes all get made lol
