Most readers are unaware that Forough Farrokhzad and Yadollah Royai collaborated on several poems. This may be the first known instance of published Persian poems co-written by two major poets (one female and one male). Check out the @kenyonreview.bsky.social folio on Farrokhzad.

For the past three years, I have been coordinating the TU mentoring program, where creative writing students are mentored by fellows from the Tulsa Artist Fellowship. I am proud of these students and look forward to their reading on Wed, April 16.
