Are you a renter in Massachusetts?

Have you tried to persuade a current or former landlord to get a MassSave energy audit, or make Mass-Save reimbursable upgrades?

And did your landlord deny your request?

If so, I'd like to talk with you for a story. DMs are open.

As with all of these Republican latecomers to realizing that Trump is a monster: Thank him for finally seeing the light, then work like hell to replace him with a Democrat who was already against this fascist horrorshow when it was "only hurting other people"

If we ever get a Dem POTUS again I‘m not looking forward to all these cowards immediately demanding the money back, with interest. Then the GOP, public & press will blame Dems for the higher deficit if they do give it back, and if they don’t, they’ll be 2x as indignant as they ever were about TFG.
Trump can barely fog a mirror, his approval is in the toilet and other institutions have showed that bending the knee only brings them back for more but standing up to them often gets results.

And yet:
BREAKING: Northwestern University has agreed to pay the U.S. Treasury $75 million, over the course of three years as part of an agreement with the federal government to restore funding and end investigations into the university

What do these corporations have in common?

Netflix
Ford
Tesla
T-Mobile
Duke Energy
DISH Network
Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

This CBS story is just remarkable. It states that Trump insulted their reporter, and also notes the same thing happened to reporters from Bloomberg and NYT.

Both of those organizations are quoted defending their journalists.

But Bari Weiss and CBS don't lift a finger to defend their own reporter.
Not a peep from CBS News boss Bari Weiss after Trump called CBS reporter Nancy Cordes 'stupid' at a Thurs n/c. CBS mentions the incident in this piece about Trump's repeated attacks on female reporters but Bari's MIA when it comes to standing up for Cordes.

5/ Administration explanation to Congress seems to be a bold-face falsehood: claiming double-tap strike was to clear debris, not to kill survivors.

"That explanation has prompted frustration among some members of Congress who say they believe the Pentagon was deceptive."

Every single congressional Democrat needs to be out there, right now, insisting that Pete Hegseth resign right now and announcing that he will be held accountable for committing war crimes.

If you do not demand accountability here and now, they will only become more emboldened.

Criminal liability attaches for following an order "which a man of ordinary sense and understanding would, under the circumstances, know to be unlawful, or if the order in question is actually known to the accused to be unlawful." U.S. v. Calley (1974)
So the order for the US military to launch these deadly Caribbean boat strikes was straightforwardly illegal under US and international law, immoral under long established standards, and on top of that, terrible strategy.

Not maybe. Not got to check with a lawyer. Unambiguous. Blatant. Deliberate.
