It had to be Yukari, since you love your AUs and when I think of her power it reminds me of that! She's one of the four great sages of Gensokyo and had a hand in its creation. Her theme is probably one of the most recognizable theme's

I felt like Nitori fit you in some ways! She's a kappa, but also a genius inventor and always making new gadgets! I've always loved her from MoF (Touhou 10) Her theme is so iconic and her fight is very fun
