They are doing two things: Manipulating the stock market, and using the tariff threat to get businesses in the US to kiss the ring in exchange for exemptions. For a party that says they think government shouldn't interfere with business, the GOP sure do like to interfere with business.

I think they are just getting started. America may need to be reminded of a few points in history: The Guilded Age, The Great Depression, and WWII.

Many of us saw through this bullshit immediately back in 2016. I remember you clapping like a seal at these events while being hailed as a "pricipled Republican". I'm glad that you had a limit to what you were willing to tolerate, but sad that your limit was a violent coup attempt.

They're going to turn the police and military against us no matter what. IF he is going to enact martial law, wouldn't it be better to do it now while the military is not completely devoid of people who won't follow his orders than in 6 months, when they'll definitely mow everyone down?
