I think with this a lot of talent will leave the US. We already have interns applying to other countries for PHDs and I don’t blame them. I’d be doing the same thing if I was younger.

recognize it but use it as a day to actually make myself a bigger meal than I do all year and freeze things away. I always find it depressing living alone and seeing my family still gathering or other people. as someone with an ED it can be hard to eat around people so I hate this holiday

I used to have some that would come in, the crew I have now may come just inside the door but not much further. I feed them near my kitchen door now bc there’s a house on the side deck & a cubby below that I’ve outfitted for them. Have some houses in the yards too so they have options.

Love when they start getting fluffy. My crew is mad bc they see me feeding the outdoor friends more food and more often. They think they require more snacks too

Mine is 5 and is a menace to society daily. he was sassy & frassy at 3wks old and has stayed that way. also has a penchant for stealing things, criminal from day 1 😆

I keep seeing all the ads for the souper cubes and keep thinking I should buy them.
I’m not sure they’re allowed to have beef, I was reading up on foods to try to avoid because of causing inflammation as you’re healing. Beef & pork were no but you could have tenderloin? Confusing 😆

I’m going to make some hand pies tonight when I get home. I think this year I’m doing Thanksgiving 🌮 making mashed potato torillas. Last year we did stuffing waffles, I try to make it something fun

My guys are usually pretty good but I got one that’s got sticky fingers and I just got this really cool glass plague doctor ornament cause we’re weird and have like a Goth tree and I was like this is too cool. I hope they don’t break it.😬
