Have now run four “runs” on my journey to doing a 5k and not dying first.
You could literally walk faster 😂
That said, did Park Run last Saturday ( same runtime btw) and I LOVED it. Husband did his in 24:38 and BOUGHT A SODDING T-SHIRT

<sigh>. Our last night in France 🇫🇷 before we head home. We’ve cycled miles on endless cycle lanes, had dirt cheap coffee in numerous Tabacs and been welcomed by incredible lovely local people. So feck it, I’m having the whole of this apricot tart and all this wine. “Santé!”

I’m currently lucky enough to be holidaying in France. I know, beautiful sun and endless cycle lanes…anyway, every French town however small, compared with UK towns. 🥖 🍞
