Both of my kids have been separately verbally abused today on the way home. 13 was with 2 girl friends (also both 13); the man shouted and swore at them calling the girls sluts. 17 got approached by a car of 3 men and asked if she wanted to get in. WTF is wrong with people 🤬

14.5 mile spin class done 🚴💪🏻🥵 and mind slightly settled after my bump in the car last night - turns out my wing mirror on that side was slightly bent in so that’s why I didn’t see the wall before it hit my car 😳😭

2 years ago today I tentatively started Couch to 5K, wanting to improve my fitness/general health. I’d never run before & was fully exercise-phobic. After completing it in April 23, I began running 4 times a week, then discovered spinning and the rest is history! 🚴🏃🏼♀️💪🏻 #NeverTooLate #AgeIsJustANumber

The problem with buying ‘grown up’ clothes is that they make you look very ‘grown up’ (i.e. middle aged 👵🏻) Luckily my mumma is a whizz with a sewing machine and will hopefully take a few inches of my new old lady dress 😂
