Culture. The culture turned toxic over the summer. Happens to organizations outside and inside sports all the time.

This is a team where it is clear that their exists a toxic culture that has been created by management and stoked by certain players. There is no solution to this other than to clear out the most toxic members (impossible to know from the outside) and bring in non-toxic leaders.

The problem is that he’s making appointments for Ambassador that should be an actual diplomat with someone who just wants to vacation in Greece for four years and cosplay an ambassador.
