And just because I wanted to see all the goobers together, I took the full-body pics from their respective sheets and slapped 'em together.
It's not perfect, but I'm awfully darn proud of how these turned out both art-wise and character design-wise.

It was way past time to update my PFP, so I finally went ahead and got it done. I'm pretty darn happy with how it turned out, even if it did end up looking a little like a Picrew.

Before I went any further, I slapped the two side by side to make sure they felt cohesive. I like to think they read well enough as twins and hopefully their designs are clear enough to give you a sense of who the two are without needing all the extra text in the main sheets.

Finally finished the twins! I wanted them to have enough similarities to be obviously recognizable as siblings, but also have as many traits that are uniquely theirs.
It's easy to get sloppy with your main OCs, so as silly as it felt at first, I'm glad I got around to these.

Flats! I need to do the rest of the background, but that's a good place to stop. (I should've been in bed an hour ago.)
My new job gives me a lot more time to work on my projects, although the workdays themselves are longer. May as well make the most of the days off!

I've desperately needed to make proper character reference sheets for Shinobu and Cole for some time now. I still can't figure out why I get so nervous making these darn things!
I'm still doing the sketchy Nora journal ones, too, but these are more for the actual comic work. (With trivia, though!)

Practicing a simpler coloring for the comic than what I'm usually comfortable with! I think it looks good enough, though, and that's good enough for me. (Also, yes, small preview!)

Practice drawing the boys and with coloring. I'm not very practiced in drawing guys, much less particularly muscular ones, but I'm working on it.

It's messy, it's constantly going through changes, and you can see where I've dumped panels I like but am saving for later, but man -- it's cool to zoom out and be like, "Good lord, it's coming together."

After noticing after the fact, here's a (hopefully) better version rather than the moiréd-all-to-hell one I posted earlier. 😅 It's a learning process!

More practice and a WIP! I've been experimenting with hatching brushes and CSP's tone tools, because I want the comic to be done in the traditional black and white style. (That may change as things progress, but who knows!)

Slowly trying to dedicate at least a little extra time in the day to do some real studying. Today was some value work and following along with @pikat.io's freakin' awesome eye tutorial. Wrapping my head around it is tough, but it definitely helped.
