It is actually reminding me of how sewer laterals are treated as well. Especially for homes built after the mid 1940’s. Anything off the main, including under the street, is homeowners responsibility. You would think property line, not the case.

Today has been at a different level.

It’s not even cold out and I’m trying to manifest actual fall today by wearing mine. 😂 going to be real pissed if we skip “Patagonia chilly” and head straight into “North Face cold”

This only makes me love them more. Last week was a bad week when I thought I’d lost my jacket I’ve had since undergrad at App. Found it buried in the back of the car and you’d thought Christmas had come early.

Silver lining… at least they are wasting time and money on homes they aren’t going to get.

Plus, it’s a great brand that (I imagine) hasn’t loved this particular spotlight. I’ve always imagined the founder semi laughing at the knowledge that so many climate deniers are providing climate research and awareness funding through their purchases.
