And here I was thinking #stormwater was in a good position and not in need of becoming an election topic…but here we are. Going to need the analysis to represent the fact that city infrastructure causes our repeat loss. So many concerns\questions. Good thing there’s a committee meeting on the 16th.

Oh I already heard similar at Agenda Alexandria! Seriously though, remember a few weeks ago when Del Ray was accused of running the whole City in the ground because we determine the outcome of Council? Today we were betrayed! What will be next?

Really proud we made it 12.5 years, 2 apartments, 1 house, 2dogs, 2 kids, and countless memories as a one-car family. And super excited that we broke the streak with a hybrid. A sincere t/y to everyone who offered insights. Didn’t go all electric this time, but we’re headed in the right direction!

I think I reached the height of mom wins today. Got up to find my now 5 yr old (whaaatt!!) already dressed and ready for breakfast. Why? Because of the 1990’s-era birthday present I got her. Millennial mom (and sky dancers) 🧚 for the win.
