In other words, I’m not disagreeing with you. Some people end up better, many worse because it becomes a new stress when they thought they were sleeping fine (and maybe were).

I’m with you that I see waaay too many people stressed out about their sleep score on the Garmin subreddit. But it does lead to them leaning more about sleep hygiene, so there’s a tiny benefit maybe for some.

Sure, but my Garmin’s overnight pulse ox data was one of the things that convinced me to get tested for sleep apnea, which I do have. I don’t pay much attention to the overall sleep score though.
