Shout out to that person at Zoo Atlanta that explained over and over how Gorillas will win. Gorillas have strength, but not endurance. Not a direct quote, but him using "divorced" was noted: it was all about crushing humans and arms and such being dunzo. And then the other men will run. Makes sense.

Imagine what Schumer could have done.

Probably not a lot, but something.

Know where you're from.

Know the ugly that is happening.

Protect those who don't feel safe to share their faces. Even if it's just a neighbor down the hall.

Once upon a time, cruises, people had thoughts about ~international waters~. No, that's not how it worked, ever. I had to break it down to people. I also educated people how to get their documents down to birth certificates and a passport was a good idea.

Now? Removed from that. GET A PASSPORT.
1/4. On the White House’s theory, if they abduct you, get you on a helicopter, get to international waters, shoot you in the head, and drop your corpse into the ocean, that is legal, because it is the conduct of foreign affairs.

The way I made sure I got my benefits for my sisters and myself and called for help was real. Those checks mattered. I did my mother proud, father too.

The most best (words) was to make that happen required me hiring a lawyer. I was 17. I knew one. He saved us, ngl.

A day late, but applies. It was a good day, mostly.

Follow this person for more important things #Atlanta #US #urbanism
Happy 404day y’all!

It's okay to like things. Or to have a good day. Or a bad day and have something good happen.

Know your friends, community.

A neighbor.

404 day has come and gone, but damn.

MLK Jr. and where I live.

I am in love and wish I asked whatstheirface about that thing, but I digress.

Oh damn, he's continuing.

Cory Booker is doing more.

This is for sure a conversation that is going to be heard around our planet.

Cory Booker has been doing good.

Sometimes you have to pass to another.

Noon will be the cut time, I gather.

I hope (know) others have paid attention.

I will and argue for Social Security. I benefited in real time when everything was awful. Both of my parents were dead, my sisters were minors, I was about to an adult and he essentially said "Close enough" It was a big deal.

AOC is the future. Know that.

Patriotism in the US has always been, in my lifetime, a bit silly. Fighter pilots with a flag over a baseball game - ridiculous.

But now I'm rooting against us. NO, we should not get eggs from Denmark. NO, people from other places should not travel here. NO, I don't trust there are people who care

@robcesternino.bsky.social cc: @akiva can'trecall - I came home this evening listening to the most recent ep and put it on pause cause someone new was moving in and he apologized profusely for keeping 'locked' doors open, whatever he was moving in a mattress and more...the parking was off, but meh..

Worry. Not everyone has measles. I have a legit and honest memory of Amy, a fellow girl scout. A neighbor. Her mom, the Troop Leader freaking out because maybe measles. We were kids and that warning got passed around so fast via actual talk. She had a rash and I remember. Everyone was vaccinated.

I got a good deal on a Honda once. I knew a "guy" and whatever. Good. Saved me so much, he got to do a thing with the big guy in the place. Silly. But real.

Situation now, I'd argue more hard. And rage against Musk and stand up for what my mom taught us - "go look around this minivan and..."

Aww, go me.

This was a moment. A good moment.

#Survivor48
I don't think we've had this much tension at a first Tribal Council since Phillip vs. Francesca.

And let me say, it was even more intense in the moment #Survivor48

In this moment, this premiere ep. of #Survivor has been great. I feel like most players have been given a moment to show their authentic selves and I appreciate that. I'm not rooting for anyone specifically, but I'm appreciating this. I've felt real feelings. This might be a good season or something

@tysonapostol.bsky.social do you recall once upon a time your stories and jokes about settlement claim checks? I got an email the other day via MGM RESORTS INTERNATIONAL. I did a deep dive to figure out if it was scammy. It's not. It's via a data leak and my email and former home address was part...

LOL at the Rob and Akiva Chicago! podcast. In a good way.

I learned how to root for the underdog via WGN and the Cubs. And how to take a nap. In Decatur, GA via that channel. I know those Bozo clown balls too, it's part of why I appreciate an under-toss to this day.

Great. #RHAP

You know what I value? Things that I have access to. My grocery store has no eggs, zero. Printed paper explaining. Tiny cute quail eggs though, I do like the cute.

I care a lot about MJQ and the new location and all the people.

It was underground and maybe Underground might work, with youth and good elders. Also music and sweat and cheap drinks.

Glorious.

I got a new fridge yesterday.
